  • Total Time: 5 hours 25 minutes (including setting time)
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

Golden Oreo Crust:

  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons red sprinkles (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons white sprinkles (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons blue sprinkles (optional)

Blueberry Cheesecake Layer:

  • 6 oz. sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (cold)
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)

Strawberry Jello Layer:

  • 6 oz. Strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup iced water
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries

Topping:

  • 2 cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • Red, white and blue sprinkles or star-shaped confetti (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo Crust: Crush the Golden Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor into fine crumbs. Stir in the optional red, white, and blue sprinkles with a fork. Add the melted unsalted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish, then place it in the freezer to set while preparing the next layer.
  2. Prepare the Blueberry Cheesecake Layer: In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the berry blue gelatin in 2/3 cup boiling water; stir until completely dissolved and let it cool. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 3/4 cups whipped cream. In a food processor, pulse the Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries until blended, then pour this into the cooled gelatin and whisk gently to combine. Add the cream cheese mixture to this and stir until fully combined. Spread this blueberry cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust. Refrigerate or freeze until set.
  3. Make the Strawberry Jello Layer: In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 1/4 cups boiling water, stirring well. Add the 3/4 cup iced water and mix. Let the mixture cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the set blueberry cheesecake layer. Carefully pour the cooled strawberry Jello over the strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  4. Add the Final Topping: Once the Jello layers are firmly set, spread 2 cups of whipped cream over the top of the lasagna. Garnish generously with red, white, and blue sprinkles or star-shaped confetti for a festive presentation. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use a 9 x 13-inch dish for proper layering and setting.
  • Chilling time is essential for layers to set firmly; plan ahead.
  • Fresh berries can be substituted or added for extra texture.
  • For homemade whipped cream, whip heavy cream with a bit of sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Optional sprinkles add a fun patriotic touch but can be omitted for a simpler presentation.
