A refreshing and fruity Party Punch combining white cranberry-strawberry juice, fresh raspberries, lemon-lime soda, and garnished with heart-shaped strawberries. Optional raspberry sherbet adds a creamy, cool touch for festive gatherings.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 12 servings

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 5 cups white cranberry strawberry juice
  • 5 cups lemon-lime soda

Fruit Puree

  • 12 ounces raspberries, blended and sieved

Garnish

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced into heart shapes

Optional

  • 1-2 quarts raspberry sherbet

Instructions

  1. Prepare Raspberry Puree: Place 1 cup of the white cranberry strawberry juice and 12 ounces of raspberries into a blender. Blend on high speed for at least 1 minute until smooth. Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, then discard the seeds. This creates a smooth raspberry puree.
  2. Slice Strawberries: Slice the strawberries into heart shapes for an attractive garnish to add later.
  3. Mix Punch Base: In a large pitcher or small punch bowl, combine the remaining 4 cups of white cranberry strawberry juice with the raspberry puree. Stir well to combine the flavors thoroughly.
  4. Add Soda and Garnish: Pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir gently once or twice to slightly combine without losing the soda’s fizz.
  5. Add Sherbet (Optional): If desired, add 1 to 2 quarts of raspberry sherbet to the punch for a creamy and chilled element.
  6. Serve: Garnish with the sliced heart-shaped strawberries and serve immediately for a delicious and visually appealing party drink.

Notes

  • Note 1: For different sized batches, adjust the juice and soda quantities proportionally.
  • Note 2: To slice strawberries into hearts, cut the stems out with a small paring knife and slice carefully to reveal heart shapes.
